About Qatar Petroleum:
Qatar Petroleum (QP) is a state-owned public corporation established by Emiri Decree No. 10 in 1974. It is responsible for all phases of the oil and gas industry in the State of Qatar. The principal activities of QP, its subsidiaries and joint ventures are the exploration, production, local and international sale of crude oil, natural gas and gas liquids, refined products, synthetic fuels, petrochemicals, fuel additives, fertilizers, liquefied natural gas(LNG), steel and aluminum. QP’s strategy of conducting hydrocarbon exploration and development is through Exploration and Production Sharing Agreements (EPSA) and Development and Production Sharing Agreements (DPSA) concluded with major international oil and gas companies.
1- DOCUMENT CONTROLLER & TRANSLATOR
Department: Finance Business Operations
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Purpose:
A- Organizing and monitoring of all the Agreements and other related documents in an efficient and trackable manner for
FFC division.
B- Acts as official translator for all FF departments’ communication with Ministries, Government Agencies and other
organizations to take care of all bilingual correspondence.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor in Commerce
B- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
C- At least 10 years of relevant experience in medium to large organization. Previous experience in similar capacity in an oil
and gas industry would be an advantage.
D- Knowledge of systems in a computerized business environment which includes knowledge and experience in MS Office
packages, SAP or similar advanced ERP systems.
E- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
