1- Document Controller

Job Responsibilities:
A- Responsible for all issues and services related to the Document Control and Project Document Management.
B- Electronic scanning of documents for distribution as PDF digital copies to designated recipients and uploading to Ashghal Contract Management System.
C- Using latest version of Primavera Contract Management (software for controlling and updating the status of Contract Documents.
D- Track, update the status, and follow up Submittals, Safety Reports, RFC’s, Site Minutes of Meetings, Progress Photographs, Contract Issues, and Drawings.
Job Requirements:
A- At least 5 years document control and tracking including minimum 3 years using EDMS {Electronic Documents Management Systems) preferably Primavera Contract Management.
B- Should hold a diploma or specialized training in (Primavera Contract Management) and minimum 5 years of experience in Document Control in Construction or Engineering companies.
C- Good oral and written English language, with good computer skills.
