About Role:
As Marketing Assistant, you will provide administrative and creative support to the Marketing Department. Your duties include supplier coordination, creative artworks, print supervision, installations and exploring innovative design solutions to assist in shop floor display and merchandising.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Assist the QDF Marketing team and external suppliers on all marketing requests; maintain good relationships with suppliers, agencies and media companies at all times and demonstrate a high standard of conduct and service.
B- Assist the Marketing Support Coordinator with procurement and operations on all requested marketing materials; track and ensure requests are received on-time to support the business requirements.
C- Assist in sourcing external print and installation vendors in order to print and install QDF Marketing branding and marketing collateral.
D- Support the Marketing team in data entry and ensure data integrity of the databases is maintained or updated through accurate capturing of data.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in Internet media or publishing/print house).
B- Ability to read, analyse and interpret general design and creative challenges.
C- Ability to handle and operate HP/Cannon/Epson printers for digital printers.
