About Role:
Provide leadership on a strategic and commercial level to continuously drive and improve online sales performance, maximizing revenue contribution to exceed revenue targets and ensuring long term growth. Follow up on key online developments within the industry and keep abreast of the latest technical innovations in the field of online sales to enhance and improve the customer experience
Responsibilities:
A– Developing and establishing an e-commerce strategy, which includes leading the online Sales strategy across network including all tactical and strategic digital channels.
B– Working closely with senior management to establish a clear pricing strategy for online channels.
C– Lead the RFP processes of multi-million dollar purchases to ensure E-commerce technologies meet requirements.
D- Ensure comprehensive online sales plans are implemented across all regions geared towards exceeding all online sales KPI’s. Ensure all E-Commerce and E-marketing units are in synch with the online sales objectives of the company.
Job Requirements:
A- High School / Vocational Qualification with Minimum 12 years of job-related experience.
OR
B– Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 10 years of job-related experience.
C– Previous e-commerce experience with a retail environment.
D– Strong Ecommerce sales knowledge and experience.
