1- Customer Service Executive
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
B- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
C- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
D- Data entry in various platforms.
Job Requirements:
A- At least 3 years of relevant (customer service) work experience.
B- At least 1 year of experience in a call center.
C- Updated knowledge of PC components and IT products.
D- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
E- Efficient typing skills (to be tested during the interview).
F- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
