1- Customer Service Assistant – Home Delivery
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Ensure all receipts by way of cash, cheque, or other negotiable instruments are completed according to the company policies, systems and procedures.
B- Handles routine customer complaint promptly and courteously.
C- Briefs the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance.
D- Ensuring that customers are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
A- Live and share the IKEA values every day.
B- High School
C- 2 years in a similar role.
D- Individual Accountability.
