About Role:
As a Care Agent, you will work with a passionate and customer-centric team to troubleshoot and handle customer inquiries. You will filter cases to other teams as you see fit, work hand-in-hand with the customer in identifying the root causes of the problem and address their concern after the evaluation. You will also de-escalate complaints and provide tailored solutions to their issues.
Job Requirements:
A– Experience in customer care in terms of diagnosing problems and solving them.
B– Great attention to detail.
C– Has a strong work ethic and is self-motivated.
D– Experience handling customers from different backgrounds.
E– Excellent active-listening skills.
F- Continued awareness of customer care trends and practices.
