1- Senior Cost Engineer, QSGTL

Job Responsibilities:
A- To provide accurate cost forecasts to Project Management and Customer’s based on an analysis of the definition of the project scope, the cost budgets, and actual commitments and expenditures to date.
B- Responsible in providing information as a support to the Customer’s decision making process with respect to the options which could be followed if corrective cost control action is required.
C- Process and compiles weekly/monthly reports necessary for the control and maintenance of the reimbursable and cost management systems, in accordance with established procedures to ensure the achievement of Cost Control Group KPI’s.
D- Provide effective budget control by the creation of a WBS / CBS as per the Worley procedures (EMS / WPMP) and assigning budgets to enable the base to be developed against which all costs will be measured.
Job Requirements:
A- Full-time Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
B- Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry, of which 4 years must be in Lead roles managing a team of Cost Engineer.
C- Minimum 5 years experience in Brown Field and related project delivery, with experience in Brown Field O&G Project Delivery as an Umbrella Contract Senior Cost Engineer.
