1- Technical & Design Manager – Elegancia Fit Out

Job Description:
Responsible for all designing/technical aspects of the company’s operations, inclusive of value engineering opportunities, construction and overall methodology, method statements, engineering design drawings, shop drawings and material submittals and follow up approval. This position also manages the preparation/verification of detailed constructional drawings, negotiation and securing of technical and statutory approvals to achieve and monitor the optimum effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Provides supports implementation of all technical and engineering strategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product development, quality, cost and delivery, maximizing efficiency, optimizing and driving engineering excellence.
B- Manages the Technical and Engineering function and quality of service delivery, striving for best in class products and business practices to deliver to the customer’s expectations.
C- Manages the engineering team on the project site, provide directions, strategy, daily/weekly/monthly tasks and work plan for the team members.
D– Strong practical experience with ability to prepare detailed method statement.
Job Requirements:
A- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
B- Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
C- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
