1- Catering Sales Manager

Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Secure and service Catering Business from Social and Corporate Market, through promotion, and prospecting, while maintaining standards and revenue.
B- Actively solicit new business and respond to inquiries with the intention of confirming profitable catering business and achieving Quarterly Sales Goals.
C- Communicate effectively with the sales managers responsible for booking various group businesses.
D- Plan and/or attend and/or participate in meetings with hotel staff and clients, including but not exclusive to: Morning Operations Briefing, Morning CS Briefing, Resume Meeting, Banquet Event Order Meeting, Sales Meeting, Pre-Convention Meetings, Bi-Monthly Board of Operations, Menu Tastings, and Planning Visits.
E- Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers.
Job Requirements:
A- Degree Holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management or Sales & Marketing.
B- 2-4 years of experience in Catering Sales with a luxury hotel/resort.
C- Strong organizational skills.
D- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
E- Excellent command of English, Arabic is an advantage.
