Job Responsibilities:
A- Professionally handle enquiries billing and payment of bills in compliancy with the hotel’s established policies and procedures.
B- Strictly adhere to the hotel’s established policies and procedures with regard to the handling of payments, credit, house funds and shift hand over.
C- Ensure that sufficient stocks of checks, printed materials, cigarettes and small denotation are available at all times in the outlet.
D- Account for all guests in numerical sequence, including those received from and/or handled over to other cashiers as well as voided and/or cancelled checks.
Job Requirements:
A- Handle the billing and receiving of payments in all outlets in a timely, accurate and profession manner which ensures guest satisfaction and minimizes losses to the hotel.
B- Ensure the highest standard of Customer Care and Service at all time.
C- Promote the desired work culture around our Winning Ways; Do the right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate difference and Work better together.
D- Reporting line will be to the Finance Department.
