About Role:
The role will be responsible to work across the Cargo landscape, owning the entire journey which includes during / after shipment, reservations, service recovery, and claims to drive performance against all customer targets ensuring that QR Cargo continually responds to the current and future service needs of its customers.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Define policies, procedures, and business technologies to deliver an industry leading customer experience.
B- Manage and lead the design and delivery of an integrated Customer Experience programme that aligns to the customer preference vision of QR Cargo.
C- Establish the department or team objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.
D- Oversee and supervise employees, direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Sales and Marketing or Finance, Master’s degree would be desirable.
B- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managing large and diverse workgroups in a customer service environment, preferably within the airline cargo or freight forwarder environment.
C- Experience of major technology deliveries in e- commerce.
D- Strong understanding of C2K and other quality programs.
