1- Contract Administrator
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- To produce contractual documents according to company procedures and ethics.
B- To provide a quality, cost-effective and time efficient contracts service to Partners’ Entities.
C- To participate in the optimization of the economic performance of the operations conducted in company.
D- Verify the alignment with HSE clauses, Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation when issuing all technical contracts and when drafting contractual and commercial terms and conditions, prepare the CRA (Contract Risk Assessment).
E- Verify the Terms & Conditions (standard, general and financial).
Job Requirements:
A- BSc Degree in Science or Commercial field or its equivalent, Master’s degree is preferred.- Intermediate level in Contracts Technical Competencies required.
B- C&P tools advanced certification or proven experience is required- Advanced English level.
C- Professional experience: 2 years post-graduate experience in his/her field and the O&G industry – Minimum 3 years as Graduate Contract Engineer or 3 years in purchasing of goods and/or services in the petroleum industry.- Familiar with HR / Recruitment / Personnel Mobilization to Qatar is a plus.
D- Fast learner and moderate to advanced skills in MS Office.
