Job Description:
The successful applicant is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner, delivery positive guest experience in the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
A- Meet and greet guests, take beverages orders directly from guests or from the restaurant servers, prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with beverage standards.
B- Prepare the designated Bar area, ensuring its fully equipped with Bar tools and complete ingredients are ready for beverage preparation.
C- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly inventory or purchase requisition as needed to replenish stock to support operation requirement.
D- Whenever required, check guests ID to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption to ensure full compliance with Qatar legal requirement.
Job Requirements:
A- High School qualification, with minimum 2 years of job-related experience in a high volume bar of a leading Restaurants of hotel or hospitality industry.
B- Experienced in HACCP/related quality assurance implementation Bar training.
C- Ability to take responsibility, handle multiple tasks, prioritize and work in a busy environment under pressure.
D- Has a passion for Bar and Food Service.
