1- Bar Supervisor

Job Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day operation in the bar. Present and sell the beverage specialty, ensuring the bar is clean, order taken properly, beverage deliver accordingly and the highest level of customer service is maintained at all the times.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Oversees all bar staff, customer service and operations ensuring that the bar runs smoothly and that excellent service is provided to all visitors.
B- Assists the Managers in the smooth running of the department.
C- Assists clients with special needs following relevant guidelines and special standards. Recognize their needs and accurately respond to them if needed.
D- Manage labor, create schedules, and make sure enough bartending staff is always available to satisfy all guests
Job Requirements:
A- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
B- High School Diploma in Food and Beverage related course or any Related Technical Certificates.
C- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
D- Experience: Total 6 year(s) On Job 2 year(s) GCC 2 year(s)
