1- Relationship Officer – Bancassurance

Job Responsibilities:
A– Promote insurance products by providing consistent, accurate and transparent information to all customers.
B– Listening to the customers’ needs and asking right questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going over the phone.
C– Exceed sales targets assigned and contribute to the overall achievement of Bancassurance team.
D– Provide exceptional customer experience and ensure policy persistency ratios are maintained.
Job Requirements:
A- At least 2 years sales working experience in Bancassurance / Insurance industry.
B- Proven experience in achieving sales deliverables with excellent customer service mindset.
C- Experience in sourcing insurance products especially over the phone will be an added advantage.
D- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills. Communicates effectively on the phone and uses phone etiquette best practices.
