About Qatar Airways:
As Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Duty Manager to co-ordinate the shift operations of the shop floor, with a particular focus on Sales, Customer Service, Merchandising of stocks, Staff allocation, Cash spot-checks, Stock Checking, Shift Closing, Customer Grievances, etc. Shop Supervisor plays a role in achieving the Daily/Sales Budget, by directing and motivating the respective team reporting to you.

Job Responsibilities:
A- You will resolve problems related to baggage handling, PLB, Ground Power Units, and Pre-conditioned Air Units operations.
B- You will identify and escalate risks and/or operational deficiencies, and implements effective solutions. Study, compile, and analyze statistics reports to identify and escalate risks and/or operational deficiencies, and implements effective solutions.
C- You will supervise the delivery of the baggage handling, PLB, ground power units and Pre-condition air units operations for HIA.
D- You will train and develop other employees, to ensure succession planning is in place.
Job Requirements:
A- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification.
B- Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
C- Certificate in LEAN, On-the-job training, and/or Project Management certificate are an advantage.
D- Certified Occupational Health and Safety Officer is an advantage.
