Assistant Manager

About Role:
This role, reporting to our center of Excellence Manager , will support in driving a culture of innovation, performance orientation, and excellence across the organization by continuously improving the quality standards. This will involve assisting in the deployment , assessment and refinement of strategic plans and implementation processes which are at par with global quality standards.
Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Management or similar fields.
- Minimum eight years of progressive experience in quality management system, business excellence and process improvement.
- Certified implementor and auditor for ISO 9001:2015
- European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Assessor Certification would be advantageous
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, project Management Professional etc. would be on added advantage
