Responsibilities:
A- Responsible for the production of architectural, civil, structure, M & E and other related drawings and lay out through AutoCAD system to aid HIA FM by providing accurate information for safe and cost-efficient approach in implementation of engineering and project works. Modify maintenance latest as built drawings of HIA facilities for engineering and operation support.
B- Responsible to keep records of all drawings through delicate HIA IT server. Provide accurate information for safe and cost-efficient approach in implementation of engineering and projects works.
C– Responsible for replenishment, stock and proper utilization of all expandable materials by keeping daily inventory record and initiate replenishment process to ensure to provide office support for HIA FM.
D- Regularly follow up with the admin staff regarding daily and report the status to Architect.
Job Requirements:
A- High School Qualification with minimum 2 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 1 year of job related experience.
B- Excellent drafting skills and abilities with all types of drawings (architectural, M & E, Plumbing & Sanitary, structural and interior design works) etc.
C- Ability to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records & generate reports.
