About Role:
As HR Officer for Central Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
A- Conducting staff performance evaluations
B- Preparing HR reports as directed by HR/Recruitment Managers
C- Identifying training and development opportunities
D- Providing basic counselling to staff who have performance related obstacles
Requirements:
A- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an HR generalist role within a large scale organization.
B- English Fluency
C- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
D- Effective planning and organizational skills
