1- Service Advisor – Volvo | DOMASCO

Doha, Qatar
Al Futtaim is currently looking for technically competent & performance driven Service Advisor to work with our Volvo Team team in Qatar. As a Service Advisor.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Attend promptly and greet with a smile.
B- Ask Question and record customer requests without delay.
C- Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from the customer for quick resolutions at workshop.
D- Ensure adequate number of Repair Order as per the business flow.
E- Ensure proper explanation of the content of work in detail.
F- Ensure providing proper cost estimate and delivery time to Customer.
Job Requirements:
A- The ideal candidate for this role should possess a good general level of education and should have at least a minimum of 3 years’ recent experience in an automotive dealership as a Service Advisor.
B- You should have the ability to provide established standards of Customer Service through diagnostic ability and assessment of repairs/maintenance.
C- You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
