Job Purpose:
Your role will be to implement and maintain the M&S brand image within the store, ensuring visual consistency. You will work with the Visual Merchandiser and the Commercial Department Managers to provide the customer with the most inspirational shopping experience possible.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Follow the Visual Merchandising Guidelines and ensure these are rolled out across the store.
B- Implement well styled mannequins in line with the styling policy.
C- Use appropriate styling techniques and the correct visual elements in the relevant areas to aid customer segmentation.
D- Have an awareness of competitor activities and trends within Visual Merchandising.
Job Requirements:
A- Graduate Degree.
B- 3 years experience of working in a Visual Merchandising position in a fashion retail brand.
C- Ability to communicate with retail staff at all levels, ability to read and carry out clear instructions when it comes to rolling out guidelines, genuine interest in fashion.
