About Role:
Maintenance of the Flight schedules in the Airport Operations Database, the raw data in the Reporting software database as well as for the production and creation of reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis. As such, the Flight Data Management Officer, has to monitor all the flight schedule updates and perform the necessary adjustments to the seasonal flight schedule.
Responsibilities:
A- Monitors external and internal schedule information and updates maintains integrity of the flight schedule in the existing Airport Operations Systems.
B- Support in the administration of slot clearances in conjunction with the Slot Coordination team.
C– Ensure Codeshare information are up to date in the Airport Operations Systems on a day to day and seasonal basis.
D- Database (aircraft type, aircraft registration, airlines, airports, stands, gates, counters etc.).
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
B- At least 3 years considerable experience in a comparative function capacity within the aviation industry (aerodrome operations, Ground Handling or airline environment).
C- Must have relevant experience in Flight and Airport Traffic Data Management.
D– Experience of managing relationships with airport stakeholders.
