Job Responsibilities:
A- You will act as an entrepreneurial business partner in managing our Tool Service Center (TSC) in Qatar to deliver best in class After Market Services for our tools, with efficient operations.
B- You will actively manage end-to-end processes and ensure market communication of our tool service differentiation.
C- The AMS Manager is responsible to define and implement all relevant After Market Service Initiatives in the market organization in collaboration with the sales & marketing teams.
D- She/he is accountable to deliver excellent service level by executing seamless customer experience & quality management for all tool service customers.
Job Requirements:
A- A master’s degree in Technology, Supply Chain or Business; MBA is preferred.
B- 5+ years of professional experience in Operations, Project Management or Consulting.
C- Proven leadership experience, and working in a cross functional global matrix organization.
D- Excellent written & spoken communication & presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
