1- Administrative Assistant:

Doha, Qatar

Job Responsibilities:
A- Provide support, general administrative to the client assigned Manager.
B- Ensure error free documentation and support the activities and the productivity in an effective and efficient manner.
C- Experience in coordinating and administering a variety of activities enable the incumbent to relieve the manager of most day-to-day details.
D- Directs and guides the administrative activities for all functions within an assigned office. Functions may include, but are not limited to: accounting, facilities, human resources, and/or administrative support services.

Job Requirements:
A- 5+ years of relevant experience.
B- Working knowledge of infrastructure activities and city operations.
C- Familiar with ACONEX system.
D- Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred.
E- Excellent time management and organization skills.
