1- Administrative Assistant
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Create and maintain various documents and records as required.
B- Issue of memos and circulars as necessary.
C- To key all records ( MR, Receipts, and Stock adjustment ) into the SAP System.
D- Provide administrative support to various stake holders in the department.
E- Performs other secretarial and clerical duties or assignments as directed.
F- To maintain proper filling of all documents ( Material purchase and Certificates, Etc. )
G- Coordination with other departments on administrative or commercial matters or as instructed by supervisors.
H- Performs other secretarial and clerical duties or assignments as directed.
