1- Admin Clerk
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Allocation of customer receipts.
B- Resolving purchase ledger queries from suppliers and branch managers.
C- Processing bank transfers/cheque payments for one-off payments.
D- Processing foreign supplier payments.
E- Operating a bespoke system.
F- Monthly cash book reconciliations.
G- Monthly bank reconciliations.
H- Ad-hoc administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
A- Excellent communication skills.
B- You need to have at least 12 months office experience.
C- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
D- Proactive individual with a strong work ethic.
