About Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank:
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank was established on 20 May 1997 as a Public Joint Stock Company. The Bank commenced commercial operations on 11 November 1998, and was formally inaugurated by Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Information and Culture on 18 April 1999. All contracts, operations and transactions are carried out in accordance with Islamic Shari’a principles. ADIB commenced its operations with a paid-up capital of one billion dirhams divided into one hundred million shares, the value of each share being ten dirhams.

About Role:
To assist customers in their banking requirements by delivering high quality service while projecting ADIB’s professional image in all interpersonal dealings.
Job Responsibilities:
A– Maintaining a high level of service attitude towards customers..
B– Handling customers inquires received from various channels e.g. incoming mail, fax etc.,
C– Drive a culture that is focused on exceeding customer expectations, create and use methods to reward, recognize and drive the delivery of service excellence.
D– Forward all acknowledgements for verification and archival as per ADIBs policies & procedures in coordination with Branch OSM/BM.
Job Requirements:
A- knowledge of ADIB’s Retail & institutional Banking products & services.
B- knowledge of ADIB’s Operational Policies & Procedures.
C- Knowledge of UAE banking practices , regulations & risks.
