1- Welfare, Safety and Security Manager (Global Sports Event Qatar 2022 – Accommodation Services)
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Develop and execute welfare, safety & security plans in the workplace according to Qatar legal guidelines.
B- Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of welfare, safety & security.
C- Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
D- Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.
E- Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and prepare reports.
F- Conduct training and presentations for welfare, safety & security matters and accident prevention.
G- Report on welfare, safety & security awareness, issues and statistics.
Job Requirements:
A- Experience in the hospitality sector is desired, experience in Qatar is a plus.
B- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a large scale property.
C- Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.
D- Valid qualification in occupational health and safety.
E- Strong employee relations and organizational skills.
