Job Description:
A Accommodation Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Team Member experience while managing team member requests in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Maintain the cleanliness of the public areas, hallways, Corridors and other areas concern in team member’s accommodation at all times. Ensure that is clean, well maintained and attractively presented.
B- Greeting guests and responding to queries.
C- Collecting linens from the leaver’s and making bed set up for the new joiners.
D- Dusting, polishing furniture, wiping the window and glass doors in the public area.
E- Responsible in refilling the empty water bottles from the dispenser provided by the hotel for the team member’s accommodation.
F- Make sure all the facilities are operational and recorded the daily consumable supplies taken from the store.
G- Maintain a safe environment, keep the peace, and act on any actual or potential violations of policies or law.
Job Requirements:
A- Good communication skills.
B- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
C- Experience in a similar position.
D- Ability to work on their own or in teams.
